Return Policy

We are only selling brand new and genuine products only. Generally BUYER return product due to this reasons: Damaged product, Defective product, Product not as described, Expired product, Fake product.

BUYER can return product within time given by SELLER. Return days count when product delivered.

If BUYER returns the product and it is not in stock or stop production by SELLER in that case SELLER needs to provide full refunds to the BUYER for that product.

BUYER can’t request for return or refund which product had no return policy.

If SELLER can’t replace your product then BUYER will receive their refund in our website wallet or his bank account in sudden time.

BUYER can place return request via Lootpanther contact number or directly using website or Lootpanther App.

During return pickup from the BUYER, Product is checked for the following condition, Which need to be compiled by BUYER :

A. Correct product: IMEI/MRP tag/Serial number/Brand/image should be undetached and clearly visible.
B. Complete product: All in the box accessories, freebies and combos should be present.
C. Not Damaged Products: The product should not be damaged and should not be without any scratches, dent and holes.
