Dispute between BUYER-SELLER


We made transaction quick and easy for buyers and sellers. However, there may be some cases where buyers and sellers face issues.

It is important that before buyers raise disputes, the buyer and seller should attempt to resolve the issues between themselves.

Reasons for dispute between BUYER-SELLER:

   I    Buyer didn’t get his product as described by SELLER.
   II   Buyer gets damaged or seal broken product.
   III   Some parts/accessories are missing.
   IV   Getting wrong product as ordered.

Product delivered as buyer ordered but buyer request to return the product. In that case our technician confirmed that product need replace or not.

SELLER required submitting KYC documents and business details for account approval.

Invoice is the important for order management. SELLER compulsory attach invoice with ordered product.

SELLER must be filled all require details like IMEI, model no. for warranty and any further reference.

If BUYER returns the product and it is not in stock or stop production by SELLER in that care SELLER needs to provide full refunds to the BUYER for that product.


Return policy


We are only selling brand new and genuine products only. Generally BUYER return product due to this reasons: Damaged product, Defective product, Product not as described.

If BUYER returns the product and it is not in stock or stop production by SELLER in that care SELLER needs to provide full refunds to the BUYER for that product.

BUYER can’t request for return or refund which product had no return policy.

If BUYER request to return product, SELLER will pay shipping and replacing product.

SELLER will receive Email and SMS notification from Lootpanther when return request raised or return request created by BUYER including details of order summary, status, quantity, price and BUYER details.

Return product verification and authorization will be managed by Lootpanther for all kind of return request. This includes validation of return request and the approval of genuine return cases.

If BUYER receive an item in a “DAMAGED” or “Defective” or it is “Not as Described” by the SELLER, Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the SELLER. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided to the BUYER.

For CLOTHING and FOOTWEAR categories, BUYER can request for exchange in case of “Different color” or “Size”. If the seller doesn’t have the required products in stock, a full refund will be provided to the BUYER.

During return pickup from the BUYER, Product is checked for the following condition, Which need to be compiled by BUYER :

A. Correct product: IMEI/MRP tag/Serial number/Brand/image should be undetached and clearly visible.
B. Complete product: All in the box accessories, freebies and combos should be present.
C. Not Damaged Products: The product should not be damaged and should not be without any scratches, dent and holes.
